Two ways to look at the delay in the settlement. One is they will have more time to present evidence that this product does not cause cancer. The other is that the cost of future lawsuits will increase. I tend to believe that if there was any chance it caused cancer they would allow it to be labeled to use a directed or risk cancer or remove the product to avoid future lawsuits. Personally I do not believe it causes cancer and the mouse studies are bullchit given the very rare instances. But regardless they have acted in good faith to settle the claims and already set the money aside. I will continue to buy this companies stock on weakness and let the chips fall where they will. This is a great company and will get past this.

If you are over 65 when you are diagnosed with non-hodgkins lymphoma as a result of Round Up usage Bayer does not have to pay you as it stands now. The lawyers sold us out.

I worked for Bayer for years. When they closed the plant in West Haven Ct., it was a said event. Great company, they treated us all well. When a company treats their employees that well, they will survive and thrive.

Bayer is the Victim of an 11 Billion Extortion Scam . This will open up a Free for All against other Multi National Corporations . Coca Cola can be sued for Millions of Diabetes Deaths caused by Drinking the Cola daily. Fast food Chains are open to be sued for Millions of Deaths from Obesity caused by a regular dose of Burgers and Fries. Where does this Stop. 11 Billion USD is a Staggering amount of Money for One Company to pay . It is a Travesty.

If Warren Buffets' approach is correct, people should buy when everyone is scared of doing so (only if the company is sound) and sell when everyone is going crazy driving the stock price up....this company has been around for a long time and survived WW2....in addition, it is the best positioned company in the world to reap benefits of agriculture. We still need to eat and also need medicine. I foresee a very nice return for those who are patience...good luck everyone.

I had a dweeb for a manager I’m no longer there but some stuff I witnessed would definitely slow the growth in radiology for years to come. There would be lawsuits from hospitals to Bayer and patients to hospitals.

I will reinvest my dividends.... this stock will go up as soon as the Roundup litigation is dealt with....
    1) Roundup does not cause cancer - just political at this time
    2) WHO has lost the rest of the minimal credibility they had
    3) Bayer should stay its course and either settle for a lower amount than everyone is thinking (e.g., <5 billion) or
    4) take this all the way to SCOTUS and fight it there. SCOTUS has to rule in favor of BAYRY as the scientific evidence is on its side

I cannot see other way than this stock going up...
